Hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Financial Labor Union, organized by 球探体育 and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Shanghai Branch, co-organized by the Shanghai Fintech Industry Alliance under 球探体育, the online summary and demonstration event of Shanghai Financial Work Competition was held on the morning of December 28. Zhou Qi, Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions; Zhao Yongjian, Deputy Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Financial Workers' Union; and Ge Ping, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal Financial Regulatory Bureau, attended and addressed the event. Shanghai's financial staff watched the event live.

    The competition, divided into three sectors: subject, focus and special, covered fields such as factor market, bank, insurance, securities, fund and futures, and attracted nearly 200,000 contestants from 96 entities.

    The Labor Union of 球探体育 organized its primary-level labor unions to mobilize executives and staff for the competition themed "Serving the Real Economy, Controlling Financial Risks and Deepening Financial Reform". Based on 球探体育's practice of reform, innovation and development, from the aspects of strategic deployment in the integrated circuit industry, digital transformation of 球探体育, high-quality development of the fund business, exploration of new paths of financing in the bond market, and deepening of the functional transformation of internal audit, 球探体育 worked out competition schemes, fulfilled competition tasks, created a strong competition atmosphere, pooled strength, inspired morale, aroused vitality and promoted development through the competition.

    Upon reporting and expert reviews, five teams, including the Financial Innovation Headquarters of 球探体育 Asset Management Co., Ltd. and IT sector of the Department of Administration of 球探体育, as well as one individual stood out in the competition to win the first, second and third prizes.
