According to the notice on defending against super typhoon "Lekima" jointly released by the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, the Shanghai Municipal Flood Control Headquarters, the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SHSASAC), the Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission and other departments, 球探体育 convened a Party committee meeting to convey the spirit of the work conference of SHSASAC and arrange work for defending against "Lekima" on the morning of August 9.

Immediately after the meeting, 球探体育 organized a special meeting on defending against typhoon "Lekima", requiring that 球探体育's relevant departments and subsidiaries should study the current situation, pay close attention to typhoon movements, strictly implement the work arrangement of competent authorities, make full preparation according to SHSASAC's work requirements for flood and typhoon prevention, and implement the 24-hour on-duty system, the "leader in charge" system and the "leader in place" system in strict accordance with the forecasting and warning information and work orders sent by relevant municipal departments and SHSASAC, to ensure full safety.

They required that relevant entities should implement defensive measures, to ensure there are no dead zones and blind areas for typhoon and flood prevention.
